Through his broadening comprehension of magical artifice, this black hooded cloak has a unique enchantment inscribed into the fabric: When worn in complete darkness, it excretes an inky fog that conceals the rest of the wearer, rendering them almost impossible to discern from whatever shadows they're squatting in. Unfortunately, the enchantment is automatically disabled by motion, dispelling the fog in a manner that is admittedly striking, if not unsubtle.
New Equipment Set - Cutthroat's Arsenal In addition to his new cloak, Garrett has also fabricated a set of more combat-orientated equipment, in preparation for the imminent arrival of the next Herald. This includes a proper quiver for his elemental arrows, a silver-bladed dagger, and a personalised modern recurve bow. Each of these items has been inscribed with low-level durability enchantments, but have otherwise been built from mundane materials.
