Group Name: Diogenes Club Group Description: Once a social club for anti-social gentlemen during the Victorian era and outwardly a society for the betterment of libraries, in reality it's a secret organization set up by high ranking members of the British Government to track, document, and identify Supernatural threats to England, and are especially concern with Nightfall.
They pass along intelligence about possible threats to more capable, more secretive branches of the government and potential allies including Daybreak - and thus the majority of their members are supernaturally-aware but ordinary humans, though a few candles, mages, and one singular vampire have membership in this "Club". Members: "Arthur Bell" (Sherlock Holmes, perpetual member)
