Does the school pay for students to travel back home or abroad for spring break/summer vacation/etc.? And if a student needed to go home for a weekend, could they submit a flight request? Would other students be allowed to go with them?

For example, say Orihime wanted to go pay her respects to a relative's grave over in Japan. What would she need to do to get there?
