Okay, so how would someone with a history of making friends and allies, as well as a bunch of Contracted, be handled? Because Primrose here's responsible for a number of strong people's rise to power and has many favors she can call on. However, I can nerf that aspect (and I'm already planning to only have her really cash in for Nightfall and even then I don't want to overshadow the other characters). If nothing else, I can say that she's cashed in most of her favors already.
