There are a few ways - there are a number of help lines and suggestion boxes both via phone, digital and physical drop boxes that are anonymous and are checked by the staff regularly so whatever method works best could be used for submission. Of course, it's entirely possible staff could trace it back, especially given how many seers there are in the school, but it would at least have the veneer of anonymity.
