Hello! as discussed before, Keith will be ICly researching the various factions that exist in the Outlands after the Herald event and I'm wondering what information a student might find in the library about this subject.

Generally, he'd be looking for which groups have accumulated the most power and sway in the Outlands and a general sense of the politics in the Outlands and how each faction interacts. Do they work together or do they make attempts to undermine each others attempts etc etc.
